Plums and prunes are a big deal in Serbia. We are the fourth world’s producer and we are so proud of that. Btw, Serbia has the most plum trees per capita in the whole world!
Harvest starts in August and for next month or two we dry all the plums that we can offer. We process and offer dried plums in many variations, such as ashlock pitted prunes, prunes with pits, prunes without preservatives, prune dices, chocolate coated prunes, sooo yes it is big thing for us.
