Lemon is widely grown in Mediterranean region and our particular lemon is coming from Greece. Before drying, lemon is cut to thin slices to make the final product as crispy as possible. During the process, lemon chips gets darker, which we could prevent by using sh*tty ingredients, but no way that we could do that.
