Frozen Sour Cherry

Sour cherry has one of the best known taste in the world. Sour, or tart cherry, as it names say, has sour taste and has significant number of applications in food industry and in the kitchen. In Serbia, harvest is in May and main region for sour cherries is Southern Serbia. We have our own variety called Oblachinska and we are so proud of it.
