Tuber Melanosporum is known as the king of the black truffles. This is the only one truffle variety that doesn’t grow in Serbia and that we need to source outside of Serbia. Our sourcing destinations are France and Australia. The season of Tuber Melanosporum starts in November and lasts till February.
